Before I came to Malcolm for some PT sessions I couldn’t even do 1 push up with the weakness in my wrists. I couldn’t put any weight on them at all, I suffered for a long time with tendinitis and psoriatic arthritis.
But doing mobility exercises on all my joints at each session I soon was able to do all these things and much much more.
I just did a 17min core workout that included mountain climbers, rise and fall planks, one arm and leg raise planks, normal planks and every other abs exercise u can think of!
All these involved putting weight on my wrists! I’m feeling proud of myself and what I have achieved thanks to Malcolm! All down to my mobility training on my wrists onwards and upwards the sky is the limit!!
